Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! Overall would recommend trying if you’re looking for fresh Italian food at a good price!

POINT PLEASANT: If you are looking for a spot that checks all the boxes, MonAlyssa Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria is it! This family-owned Italian restaurant has the cutest dog-friendly outdoor patio, and the food is just as amazing as the vibes. Not only is their Italian fare delicious, but they also offer a full vegan menu and can make entrées gluten-free upon request; restaurants that cater to everyone’s needs are truly #1 in our book. We indulged in the vegan garlic bread and vegan vodka pasta, and we left with happy bellies and already cannot wait to go back. Pups can enter through the main entrance and head straight to the back patio, which is decorated with a colorful mural, gorgeous flowers, string lights, and plenty of charm. They are BYOB, so grab your favorite bottle and buon appetito!

I love this place! Ever since I did a DoorDash delivery here, whenever in the area occasionally I’ll order and eat here. Shoutout to Jonathan and the family! The pizza is amazing and thin-crusted! Flavorful pizza, I prefer broccoli with pepperoni broccoli

Our out of town party of three visited recently and wanted to try lots of dishes and eat family style. Jordan provided excellent and patient service; one among us had many many requests and she continued to smile (thanks!). The frogs legs appetizer was unusual and quite delicious. Braised and so tender, they were served on a lemony caper sauce with Italian peppers and potatoes. Calamari was good but would have been more appealing if the breading was browned. House salads were very basic-lettuce and a couple tiny tomatoes and the house Italian dressing was orange in color. Different but good. The clams and linguini in white sauce had too much sauce but there were LOADS of clams. Spaghetti was solid; sausages and meatballs were spot on. The veal saltimboca was excellent but over sauced and a bit too cheesy for my tastes and the spinach was lost underneath the veal. We had two desserts, one pistachio, and one chocolate, and they were so good we practically licked the plates clean. The restaurant isn’t much to look at inside and is small. It’s also BYOB, so plan ahead. Overall a good place for a nice Italian meal.

Eat there last night for the 1st time. We really enjoyed the restaurant and food. We went there because one of our guests was vegan and we saw vegan options on the menu. So that was a big bonus as many restaurants do not offer many vegan/vegetarian options. We ordered appetizers that were delicious. They provided a salad with the meal that was very fresh. My Dinner was the chicken monalyssa. It was excellent. It's byob. The dining room isn't fine dining, it's smaller and quaint and casual. We made a reservation as well online. Their menu had a ton of great offerings. We definitely will be going back soon. Overall, great dinner.

Wow, what an amazing Italian restaurant. Being vegetarian, sometimes my food options are limited. But this place is a treat. The bread was very fresh and served hot with butter. The Veg bruschetta, primavera and pesto pasta were super delicious. Thanks for amazing food.

Had the most amazing seafood carbonara! Evan was incredible as a server and made sure that we were totally taken care of. I would absolutely go back again. What a great little find.

Very good menu and food made our party of four very happy. One person with us required gluten free and she said it tasted great.
